Joblink PNG was born from the experience of a university student entering the workforce and discovering just how difficult it could be to find genuine employment opportunities. Despite the motivation to begin a career, finding legitimate vacancies proved far more challenging than expected.

Job advertisements were scattered across multiple websites, social media pages, company notice boards, and word-of-mouth networks. Many opportunities received limited exposure, while others were difficult to discover unless job seekers already knew where to look.

Too often, talented people weren’t missing opportunities because they lacked the skills, they were missing them because they never had the chance to see them.

That realization became the foundation for Joblink PNG.

Rather than creating just another job board, the vision was to build a single trusted platform where employers could reach a wider audience and job seekers could confidently discover opportunities from across Papua New Guinea.
